Nolen Jonker replaces paid tools with Claude Code

Nolen Jonker replaced Notion and Microsoft 365 subscriptions by pointing Claude Code at a folder containing notes, tasks, and tracking files defined in CLAUDE.md rules. The setup handles tables faster than spreadsheets while reading across folders without integrations that other apps lock behind paywalls. A queue.md file manages links with inline tags for search instead of databases, replacing Instapaper features currently costing money to access.
