This founder isn't hiring junior engineers anymore

Eugenia Kuyda, founder of Replika and Wabi, said she is no longer hiring junior engineers. Wabi lets users build apps on iOS with text prompts. Kuyda believes AI will replace many subscription apps, creating a need for simpler interfaces that let people build personalized software themselves.
