Cognex to Acquire RealSense for $600M

Cognex has agreed to acquire robotics and 3D computer vision company RealSense in a deal valued at approximately $600 million, including $500 million in cash. Intel spun off RealSense in July 2025. The acquisition strengthens Cognex's position in machine vision for robotics and industrial automation.
