FTC Sues Toast Over Hidden Fees

The Federal Trade Commission and attorneys general from seven states sued Toast, alleging the restaurant software provider levies concealed fees. Los Angeles County and San Francisco joined the suit alongside Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Utah.
