Executives 4x More Confident on AI Risk Than Teams

Heimdal's survey of 1,000 IT professionals found 29% of US executives say AI risk is under control, versus 7% of practitioners managing it daily. AI adoption outpaced security controls by roughly two to one across both the UK and US. The gap reveals misplaced confidence at the top.
