LisaFPGA is an open source project that recreates a complete Apple Lisa on an FPGA board. Hardware went on sale in May from MacEffects for £264.89 and Joe's Computer Museum for $350. The project supports Twiggy drives with an optional breakout board, though that feature is currently untested.
