Create Vercel Firewall rules with natural language

Vercel Firewall now lets users create WAF custom rules using natural language. Describing the desired behavior generates the rule. The dashboard supports rate limiting, blocking, challenging, and redirecting based on IP, path, country, or user agent. The Vercel CLI also supports this feature.
