Larry Ellison fell to No. 8 on the world's richest list, behind Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang, with a net worth of $192.6 billion after a $104 billion decline. Oracle shares plunged 54% from a June high of $250 to $114.50, rebounding to $150.52.
