Wi-Fi slows with more access points; tuning fixes it

Adding more access points without tuning causes co-channel interference, sticky clients, and lower throughput. Fixes include shrinking channel widths, lowering transmit power, and enabling 802.11k and 802.11v assisted roaming. Proper RF hygiene beats brute-force hardware scaling.
