Vercel now supports Build Commands for FastAPI and Flask

Vercel now supports custom Build Commands for FastAPI and Flask projects. Developers can define a build script in the project Settings dashboard or inside pyproject.toml under [tool.vercel.scripts]. The script runs after dependencies install but before deployment.
