NASA Buys Two More Boeing Starliner Flights

NASA will exercise options for two additional Boeing Starliner flights and fund the vehicle's return to flight, plus a new rocket after Atlas V retires. The move confirms Ars Technica reporting on maintaining low-Earth orbit access once SpaceX's Crew Dragon is retired.
