Automate Galaxy Watch AOD with Routines

Samsung's Modes and Routines can enable a Galaxy Watch's Always On Display when the phone disconnects from home Wi-Fi. The routine triggers on phone connection, not watch location, so leaving the phone home won't activate AOD. Wi-Fi triggers are more accurate than the 100-meter home location radius.
