Meta Oversells $25B Share Sale for AI

Meta Platforms Inc. oversold its $25 billion share sale by a factor of five to raise $98 billion for AI spending. Long-only and existing investors received more than half the shares, while the 15 largest stakes accounted for about 70% of the total offering.
