Google releases Colab CLI for terminal-based AI coding

Google released Colab CLI allowing developers and AI agents to run Python on remote Colab GPUs and TPUs from terminal. The tool connects local terminal to Colab runtimes for code execution and file management. It supports AI agents including Claude Code, Codex, and Antigravity. Google ships COLAB_SKILL.md as a prepackaged skill file under Apache 2.0 license.
