watchOS 27 Brings Siri App, New Gestures

Apple released watchOS 27 on September 14, adding a standalone Siri app, a new Tap gesture, and a dynamic app grid. Walkie-Talkie is removed and cannot be reinstalled. The App Switcher gesture changes, returning in watchOS 27.2. Cycle Tracking can now flag possible perimenopause for users aged 40 and over.
