2 min read
Google is developing a simpler workflow for Gmail's 'Help Me Write' feature in the app version 2026.10.05.993506826. The update replaces multiple steps with a default 'Describe your message' prompt box, allowing users to generate and insert drafts in two steps. Users will also gain access to dedicated undo and redo buttons to switch between generated variations before sending.
