BMW to end China EV lineup in July

BMW will halt production of its three China-built EVs, the i3, i5 and iX1, in July, clearing the way for the Neue Klasse pure-electric platform. The move temporarily empties the BMW Brilliance joint venture's EV lineup. The i3, i5 and iX1 all use the CLAR combustion-electric platform.
