Bun.serve entrypoint lands for Vercel Functions

Vercel Functions now accept Bun.serve() as an entrypoint, including WebSocket handlers. Local Bun servers deploy as-is without a framework. Enable via "bunVersion": "1.x" in vercel.json. WebSocket connections run on Fluid compute with Active CPU pricing, charging only for processing time.
