Self-driving tech supplier Mobileye targets U.S. robotaxi launch in 2027

Mobileye Global announced plans to launch a robotaxi service in a major U.S. city in 2027, starting with 100 autonomous vehicles. The Intel subsidiary aims to scale to roughly 17,000 robotaxis over the following five years. Shares rose about 6% after the announcement.
