Quest Software acquires Anetac for identity security

Quest Software, backed by Clearlake Capital, acquired Anetac to strengthen identity security for human, non-human, and agentic identities. The deal adds AI-powered continuous visibility into identity access, privilege behavior, and access chains within Microsoft ecosystems. Quest aims to address the growing attack surface from AI-driven non-human identities.
