Brazilian Lawyers Fined for AI Prompt Injection

Brazilian labor court lawyers were fined approximately $16,000 for attempting to manipulate the court's AI tool using hidden text instructions. The attorneys inserted white-on-white text commanding the system to respond superficially, a technique known as prompt injection. The court ruled the act offensive to justice dignity and reported the lawyers to the state bar association and Internal Affairs Department.
