CREED Project Launches to Optimize EV Grid Use

The CREED project, led by Austrian Virtual Vehicle Research GmbH, launched on 1 October with a budget of €1.29 million. This European initiative aims to stabilize power grids by coordinating electric vehicle charging and heat pump usage with renewable energy availability across seven pilot sites in Austria, Germany, Portugal, and the Czech Republic over two and a half years.
