Olivier Pailhès returns as CEO of Aircall on Thursday, replacing Scott Chancellor. The Paris-based firm now serves 24,000 customers across 100 countries with $250m annual recurring revenue. Pailhès leads the push for AI voice agents launched in April 2025.
