Security firm AIR built a fake AI agent skill called brand-landingpage that bypassed every major scanner from Cisco, NVIDIA, and skills.sh. It reached roughly 26,000 agents via a skill marketplace and Instagram ad. The skill collected email addresses but could have been used for real attacks.
