Over 220 mobile apps marketed to US troops were examined. More than one in eight contained code from China, Russia, or other foreign nations. Twelve apps included Huawei's HMS Core. Researchers found 64 percent of apps contained third-party SDKs, and 40 percent collected more data than disclosed.
