Apple Expands Tap to Pay in Latin America

Apple has launched Tap to Pay on iPhone in eight more Latin American countries, including Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama and Peru. Six payment platforms support the rollout, which lets merchants accept contactless cards and wallets on iPhone XS or newer without extra hardware. The feature now reaches 59 countries and over 100 payment providers worldwide.
