VinFast offers dealer partners up to $60,000 to open electric motorcycle showrooms in the Philippines and Indonesia. The promotion aims to speed up distribution network build-out by December 31, 2026. Showrooms opened by October 31, 2026 qualify for up to $5,000 more per location. Partners opening three or more stores can receive up to US$15,000 more for each one.
