Bolivian Telecom Goes Onchain With Iris

Latin American telecom operator VIVA is the first carrier live on Iris, an Avalanche-based network for transaction settlement and dollar-denominated operating reserves. The network, founded by former IBM Blockchain partner Jules Miller, lets carriers plug existing systems into financial services.
