Tesla vehicle registrations in Germany nearly quadrupled in October, reaching 2,932 units with a 290.9 percent year-over-year increase. Year-to-date through October, Tesla recorded 47,742 units, slightly behind Chinese rival BYD's 47,961 registrations. Despite the surge, Tesla holds a 1.2 percent share of all new car registrations for the month.
