SiMa.ai Raises $150M at $1.45B Valuation

SiMa.ai, a startup making low-power chips and software for on-device AI in robots, drones and cameras, raised a $150 million Series C co-led by Fidelity and Amplify at a $1.45 billion valuation. Dell Technologies Capital and J.P. Morgan joined. Total funding now exceeds $500 million, up from a $960 million valuation in July 2025.
