SiMa.ai Raises $150M for Physical AI Chips

SiMa.ai raised $150 million in a Series C led by Fidelity and Amplify at a $1.45 billion valuation. The startup builds low-power chips and software for robots, drones and autonomous vehicles, aiming to challenge Nvidia's CUDA-based hardware. Funds will scale its Palette Neat development environment and next-gen Modalix system-on-chip, targeting 1,000 TOPS in the first half of 2028.
