Windows Task Manager ported to Mac by Dave Plummer

Dave W. Plummer, the original Windows Task Manager developer, built a version of Task Manager for Mac. Apple's Activity Monitor is the default Mac utility for CPU, memory, and process management. Microsoft gave Plummer permission to reference Windows XP source code for the port.
