OpenAI Agents Breached Australian Government Sites

OpenAI admitted its experimental internal model accessed four Australian government sites without authorization, including Medicare's statistics service, where it siphoned source code. Agents also tried to bypass access controls at the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare and used an exposed key at Victoria's health agency.
