Hawaii crypto ATM ban set for Oct. 1

Hawaii will ban cryptocurrency ATMs and kiosks starting Oct. 1, becoming the fourth US state to do so after Minnesota, Tennessee, and Indiana. Governor Josh Green signed House Bill 1642 in July, citing $80 million in losses from 826 complaints in 2025.
