Researchers at the National University of Singapore built MRAgent, a framework that dynamically develops agent memory during reasoning. MRAgent uses 118,000 tokens per query, while LangMem burns through 3.26 million tokens. The approach abandons static retrieve-then-reason for multi-step memory reconstruction integrated into the LLM.
