Auto-archive cycles and projects & deleting issues

Linear extended auto-archive to projects and cycles, configurable by time period. The feature activates for teams with issue auto-archiving enabled. Linear also added issue deletion via keyboard shortcut, with a 14-day recovery window. The manual archive option was removed to clarify the distinction between archiving and deleting.
