CXMT starts LPDDR6 mass production for Xiaomi 18 Fold

ChangXin Memory Technologies has started mass production of LPDDR6 DRAM for Xiaomi's upcoming 18 Fold foldable smartphone, announced Aug. 29. Xiaomi confirmed the phone launches in September. The move comes less than a year after CXMT began mass-producing LPDDR5 chips.
