Subversive Capital registered two ETFs that exclude Tesla and SpaceX. The Nasdaq-100 Ex-Elon Enterprises ETF and S&P 500 Ex-Elon Enterprises ETF, with tickers QQNE and SPNE, block companies founded or controlled by Elon Musk. The funds are legally registered by Tidal Trust I.
