MySQL error 1040 occurs when max_connections (default 151) is exceeded; fix by raising the limit. Error 1045 denies user permissions for SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE. Error 1114 signals disk full. Error 2006 indicates connection timeout from wait_timeout.
