AMD's upcoming MI455X accelerator, codenamed GFX1250, will power the Helios rack. It operates only in Wave32 mode, supports up to 1024 VGPRs per wave, and features a unified 448KB WGP Cache merging LDS and vector L0. The chip removes nearly all graphics hardware, focusing on pure compute and AI workloads.
