UK investment arm admits 40-hour data leak

UK Government Investments disclosed that an employee left an internal file with names and work emails of 51 officials publicly accessible for about 40 hours. The Treasury-owned adviser voluntarily reported the breach to the Information Commissioner's Office and commissioned an external review.
