Gemini and Apex Fintech Solutions signed a non-binding letter of intent to make Gemini Titan the exclusive regulated venue for crypto event contracts through Apex's FCM. The deal expands Gemini's prediction-market reach to brokerage clients. Gemini received CFTC approval to operate a designated contract market in December 2025.
