Springfield, Missouri police arrested two residents at a September 22 city council meeting after Mayor Jeff Schrag blocked public comment on a resolution to review the city's 41 Flock license plate cameras. The council voted 5-3 to send the resolution to committee, then cleared the room. Mia Heider and Noah Powell were handcuffed and ticketed for disrupting a meeting.
