Bitcoin Consolidates Near $86K as Rally Narrows

Bitcoin traded at $86,379 on Wednesday, up 0.24% since midnight, as daily volume fell 36% to $38 billion. Breadth narrowed sharply: 38 of 100 CoinDesk 100 constituents were lower, against 13 over 24 hours. Bitcoin cash jumped 32% on a CME futures listing. Brent crude slipped below $100 for the first time since Sept. 9.
