Task Manager creator ports tool to Mac

Dave W. Plummer, the original developer of Windows Task Manager, is porting the utility to macOS. Plummer called Apple's Activity Monitor "blows" and is releasing the beta for free on the App Store. The project uses no original Microsoft code and is written in Swift.
