Apple's long-awaited AI Siri overhaul is finally here

Apple unveiled its overhauled AI-powered assistant, Siri AI, at WWDC 2026 on Monday. The assistant becomes a conversational AI chatbot with world knowledge, on-device screen awareness, and a dedicated app. Siri now lives in the Dynamic Island with a new animation and offers a Write with Siri feature that adapts to a user's communication style.
