Christof Müller built Tasmoshelf, an app that ports Tasmota-based setups into Apple Home without a Home Assistant server or MQTT broker. ESP32 devices running Tasmota 13 firmware or newer natively support Matter and can bridge older ESP8266 devices. The app requires a one-off purchase beyond three devices.
