London Tech Week drew 30,000 people from 130 countries, with AI dominating half the sessions. Prime Minister Starmer announced a £1.1bn AI Hardware Plan including a £750m national supercomputer by 2030 and £400m for specialist AI chips. The strategy targets 5% of the global chip market.
