Montréal's Brdg closed $850,000 CAD in pre-seed funding from Forum Ventures and strategic investors. The construction finance platform automates document collection, compliance reviews, budget validation, and draw packaging. Brdg launched in beta in 2026 and now supports projects with over $600 million in active development.
