Nykaa taps OpenAI for conversational shopping across beauty and fashion

Nykaa signed a multi-year partnership with OpenAI to list its beauty and fashion storefronts as connected apps in ChatGPT. Users in India get product recommendations through ChatGPT conversations and are routed to Nykaa's app or website to purchase. Nykaa will also deploy ChatGPT Enterprise internally and Codex in engineering teams.
